FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production and can be used, primarily, in liquid-propellant rocket engine turbo pump units. The proposed pump comprises a housing and auger and impeller fitted on the shaft. The auger has a shroud. A magnetic coupling is arranged between auger shroud and impeller end face. A magnetic bearing is fitted between the shaft and auger. Auger is mounted to axially move and spring-loaded towards the pump inlet end face by the auger load control automatic device springs. The springs are fitted inside the pump housing and rest, on the one side, upon the pump housing and, on the other side, upon the auger shroud on the pump inlet side. The auger load control automatic device comprises also spring guides, cup centered in the sleeve fitted on the pump housing ahead of auger and cup turn retainer. The cup and shroud end faces, on the pump inlet side, accommodate face seal contact rings.
EFFECT: improved cavitation properties.
