FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump production and can be used, primarily, in liquid-propellant rocket engine turbo pump units. The proposed pump comprises a housing and auger and impeller fitted on the shaft. A magnetic coupling is fitted between the auger and impeller, while two magnetic bearings are arranged between the shaft and auger. The latter incorporates a sleeve entering the impeller hub to axially move therein and is spring-loaded towards the side opposite to the inlet. The spring is fitted inside the impeller hub to thrust upon the hub end face, on the one side, and, on the other side, upon the auger flange. The impeller hub is flanged on the shaft. The flange features through holes.
EFFECT: improved cavitation properties of proposed pump.
