SUBSTANCE: access terminal is provided, which comprises unit of processing, memory, which is functionally connected to unit of processing, reception circuits, which are functionally connected to unit of processing, transmitting circuits having power amplifier used both in mode with single carrier and in mode with multiple carriers. Besides specified transmitting circuits are functionally connected to unit of processing, and unit of throttling control, which is functionally connected to power amplifier, intended for throttling of power to provide for sufficient difference between rated and maximum permissible value for power amplifier.

EFFECT: expansion of mutual noise reduction principle between multiple users to increase number of user channels.
