SUBSTANCE: method includes the following: performance of capacity control for various uplink signals by means of various mechanisms of uplink capacity control, respectively, in order to determine the capacity of transmission of each of the named various uplink signals; and transmission of the named various uplink signals by means of a certain transmission capacity, respectively. According to versions of implementation of the present invention, the respective mechanisms of uplink capacity control can be used for the named various uplink signals to transmit the named various signals with an appropriate transmission capacity, therefore improving the accuracy of measurement of the link performed by means of various access points through the respective uplink signals.
EFFECT: channel measurement accuracy improvement.
