FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. BAS with hepato-protective properties is represented by powder of stevia leaves. The powder is obtained by drying stevia leaves up to humidity of 10-11% then it is minced in fine helix-rotating film of 0.1-0.5 mm at pulsing pressure gradient of 20-7 MPa and temperature of 25-30°C.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain product with high activity of hepato-protective properties.
