FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to urology, and can be used in operative treatment of extended nonuniform strictures of urethra. Method lies in performing ventral and dorsal augmentation of anterior urethra with formation of transplants, main and additional, while performing dorsal augmentation, transplant is formed from cheek mucosa. Dorsal augmentation of anterior urethra is performed on entire length of its stricture, separating urethra from carvenous bodies, ventral augmentation is performed in place of its maximal stricture, enlarging urethra cut proximally and distally until preliminarily introduced into urethra lumen catheter becomes movable. Dorsal transplant is used as main, ventral one is used as additional. Additional transplant is formed from tongue mucosa.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to increase reliability of urethroplasty in case of extended strictures of anterior urethra, prevent intraoperational bleeding, caused by perforation of cavernous bodies mobility of preliminarily introduced into urethra lumen catheter.
