FIELD: medicine; urology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surgical treatment of extended urethral strictures. Augmentation urethroplasty is performed according to the dorsal onlay technique. Simultaneously a sampling of their own subcutaneous fat in the amount of 100–150 ml is produced to obtain stromal-vascular fraction (SVF). The resulting SVF in a total volume of 5 ml is injected into the spongy tissue of the urethra in the amount of 2.4 ml, under the albuginea of the cavernous bodies in the amount of 1.8 ml, and also in the amount of 0.8 ml under the graft.

EFFECT: method provides improvement of long-term results of augmentation urethroplasty in patients with urethral stricture by stimulating regeneration and angiogenesis simultaneously in the urethra, surrounding tissues of the urethra and graft.
