FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive surgery of palm. Cutaneous-fat island flap with retrograde blood flow is exposed on dorsal forearm surface. Formed complex of tissues is moved into defect of palm soft tissues. Additionally axial muscular flap is formed with preservation of paravasal cellular tissue, connected with vascular pedicle and covering its distal part. After displacement of cutaneous-fat flap on palm, vascular pedicle in region of smallest diametre of vessels is covered with muscular flap and skin edges are sewn to muscular flap leaving above it open skin wound with its further delayed closing.
EFFECT: method prevents flap ischemia.
