FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method belongs to medicine, notably to ophthalmology and can be applied in dry eye syndrome and eye forepart superficial injures treatment. Strip with 2×20 mm cut out of plasticised amniotic membrane dried with silicon compound, is used as biogenic cover. Strip is hydrated beforehand in 0.9% solution of natrium chloride during 3-5 minutes, with lower eyelid pulled down, is freely put into lower conjunctival vault, along ciliary margin.
EFFECT: method provides increase of treatment effectiveness by means of treatment process acceleration and reduction of trauma within biogenic cover application.
