FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: amnionic cover is stacked on surfaces of the amazed cornea whereon are stacked the donor annular full-layer or level-by-level corneoscleral flap found from a donor eye from which earlier was taken a corneal graft for transplantation to an other patient. An annular graft is braced to an eye of a recipient by noose sutures capturing episclera.
EFFECT: improved reliability of an amnionic cover bracing; acceleration of neogenesis processes of a cornea; cuticularization of cornea amazed surface and cupping of inflammatory process as well as a more economic use of a donor material.
