FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably to oncology and can be used for prevention of relapsing malignant neoplasm and coarse skin scarring after surgical treatment. Method includes freshly made mix of 0.2 g pulverised cyclophosphamide and 2.0 g lamifaren gel applications on skin in region of neoplasm two times a day. After neoplasm removal and wound closing lamifaren gel only is applied over all operated surface, morning and evening daily during one month.
EFFECT: method allows prevention of relapsing malignant neoplasm after surgical treatment due to local antitumorous immunity preservation because of lamifaren immunomodulating activity and complex antitumorous action of cyclophosphamid and lamifaren, as well as prevention of coarse scarry changes due to regenerative properties of lamifaren.
