SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to pharmacology and cell engineering. What is presented is the use of hyaluronate-endo-β-N-acetylhexosaminidase immobilized on the low-molecular water-soluble carrier by ionising radiation as a drug possessing regenerative activity.
EFFECT: invention enables extending the indications for the use of hyaluronate-endo-β-N-acetylhexosaminidase immobilized on a low-molecular water-soluble carrier by ionising radiation which possess evident regenerative activity and therapeutic properties in degenerative diseases: diabetes mellitus, hepatic cirrhosis, pulmonary fibrosis and encephalopathy.
