SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biology and cell technologies. Disclosed is a method of stimulating liver stem cell differentiation in a tissue-specific direction, which is achieved due to that liver cells under in vitro conditions are subjected to a culture medium containing 2 U/ml of immobilised hyaluronate-endo-β-N-acetylhexosaminidase for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: method enables, under in vitro conditions, to efficiently stimulate differentiation of liver stem cells in a tissue-specific direction, which can be used in medicine for transplantation purposes.
