Task solved by this invention, is increasing of effective agents range stimulating tissue regeneration. Assigned task is solved by using as tissue regeneration stimulating agents, of pharmacological substances having direct action on PI3K-, PKB-, PKC-, NF-κB-, MAPK-, JAK/STAT, cAMP-, PKA/CREB-mediated signaling in progenitor cells.

EFFECT: proposed agents allow to efficiently stimulate regeneration of tissues impaired by pathological process, due to activation of resident (regional) progenitor cells functions by effect on intracellular signal transduction.
