FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for removal of paint mist formed by liquid varnish from flow of exhaust air containing particles of paint mist, which get into flow of exhaust air in zone of coating application of varnish plant. Invention objective is development of device that could provide for removal of paint mist from exhaust air flow by simple, reliable and power saving mode. For this purpose in installation for products varnishing above at least one regeneration filter there is at least one screening element, which limits a narrowed section and forms deflector element with guide surface, which at least at some sections is inclined to horizontal line.
EFFECT: prevention of particles washing with washing liquid, and also possibility to wash particles of paint mist from flow of exhaust air without application of liquid; reduction of energy consumption of catching device and area occupied by device; possibility to clean surface filter also provides for long service life even in case of large amounts of removed paint mist.
