FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation processes. Proposed device comprises, at least, one intake tank for catching mix of auxiliary filtration material separated from filtration elements of several filtration devices and excessive spraying of wet lacquer. Besides, proposed device comprises mixer for mechanical mixer of separated mix of filtration auxiliary material and excess spray of wet lacquer from several filtration devices. Proposed method comprises separating rough gas flow into, at least, two partial flow of rough gas forced via different inlets into, at least, two different filters including, at least, one filtration element for separation of excess spray from appropriate partial flow of rough gas. Besides, proposed method comprises separation of excess spray from rough gas partial flows by filtration elements. Then, material is separated from filtration elements of several filters and catching separated material in intake vessel by means of mixer. Invention provides for mechanical destruction of adhesion between particles of separated material, ruling out of vessel overgrowing with separated material and ensures maximum possible homogeneity of material.

EFFECT: higher process reliability, material with high concentration of excess spray of wet lacquer with lacquer leaks therefrom.
