FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. Alternating current signal is sent at one end of the track to be registered at opposite end and compared with threshold voltage magnitudes of occupancy and unoccupancy. Occupancy threshold magnitude is taken to be power supply current with standard shunt applied thereto and at dry ballast. Occupancy current threshold exceeded by actual current, track section is considered occupied; if current voltage exceeds threshold clearing voltage, track clearing is registered. Clear threshold magnitude is taken to be receiving end voltage at operating cycle preceding tack line occupancy while in period from line occupancy moment to line clear moment threshold magnitude is corrected with due allowance for air temperature and humidity. Proposed device comprises line generator, limiting resistor, track line, matching element, band filter, rectifier, smoothing filter, ADC, register, clock generator, permanent programmable memory, temperature pickup, humidity pickup, AND logical element, cables, 2nd and 3rd band filters, 2nd and 3rd rectifiers, 2nd and 3rd smoothing filters, 2nd and 3rd ADC, 2nd and 3rd registers, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th permanent programmable memory devices, 2nd clock generator, counter and trigger.
EFFECT: higher reliability of control.
