FIELD: mechanical engineering; cable rewinders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing equipment designed for rewinding of cables, diameter from 60 mm and greater. Design of cable rewinder including feeder bed frame carrying holder, lift and electric drive of feed drum and stationary frame of receiver which carries spreader and holder or receiving drum with its lift and rotation electric drive provides linearity of cable section between drums during entire period of rewinding keeping cable tangentially to circumferences formed by last layers of cable coils on drum necks. Plane in which section of cable between drums is located can change angle of tilting relative to floor at change of radii of said circumferences. Reciprocate spreader includes actuator, linear guides and carriage and it is secured on carrying platform. Platform is installed for vertical travel relative to stationary frame of receiver. Movable carriage of spreader is made on base of two interconnected plates arranged one over the other. Lower plate is connected with linear guides of spreader for sliding along guides and it has constant horizontal position. Upper plate is made for changing angle of tilting relative to lower plate in plane square to linear guides of carriage and it has roller unit on its upper surface which includes measuring wheel of meter in additional to support, pressure and guide rollers. Said measuring wheel is arranged between support rollers on which cable lays and it serves as middle support. Guide rollers are arranged in pairs vertically on edges of upper, plate, forming inlet and outlet slots for passing freely pressed cable. Pressure rollers are arranged over cable in projection of support rollers, limiting possible displacement upwards in movement through roller unit. Moreover, spreader contains measuring unit with pickups detecting vertical angle of deflection of cable from plane of upper plate and pickup detecting side deflection of cable from straight line passing along plane of upper plate of movable carriage pf spreader between guide rollers. Rails can be laid on floor under bed frame of feeder parallel to axis of rotation of feed drum along which bed frame can move on wheels secured from bottom under action of linear motion mechanism. Actuator to provide vertical travel of carrying platform of spreader can be arranged in lower part of stationary frame. Carrying platform can be held of vertical posts secured in corners on its lower surface. Posts must be arranged inside guide bushings secured lower on stationary frame. Smaller actuator connected with corresponding end of upper plate to control its tilting can be secured on one of ends of lower plate of spreader carriage.
EFFECT: compact design, reduced to minimum possible deformations of cable in process of rewinding.
