FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sewage fluid feed in jets into the space of aerated fluid through air volume compressed higher than atmospheric pressure, further floatation of aerated fluid at atmospheric pressure to remove floating impurities, fluid heating and second floatation in floatation section of sealed tank at steam and air mix pressure under atmospheric pressure. Treated fluid jet is fed into aerated fluid volume through air crater formed in the surface layer of aerated fluid by treated fluid jet feed along compressed air flow axis oriented perpendicularly to aerated fluid volume surface. At that, annular air layer directly contacting treated fluid jet is formed by counter-flow. Fluid is heated to the temperature close to saturation point in steam and air space of sealed tank with floatation section divided into vertical channels. Heated fluid passes through vertical channels where it can interact with steam phase.
EFFECT: enhanced aeration degree and floatation intensity and velocity.
