SUBSTANCE: annular cascade buffer collector of fluid flow treatment system includes: buffer collector, fluid flow summarising valve 4 with axial symmetry, with biochemical filtre 9 as outlet. Buffer collector is made in the form of collector tanks 2₁, 2₂, … 2_N connected in sequence and featuring one inlet and two outlets each, with one untreated fluid flow feed channel 1 connected to inlet of first collector tank 2₁ and to one outlet channel of emergency drain 11 connected with outlet of the last collector tank 2_N.

EFFECT: improved operational characteristics of treatment plant due to provision of required transition properties of annular cascade buffer collector, determining temporal alterations of volume concentration of hazardous substances, efficient smoothing of abrupt changes in hazardous substance concentration in sewage for further sewage feed to biochemical filtre.
