The device for monitoring emergency releases contains n sources of laser radiation with different wavelengths of radiation, connected by means of light guides with an adder of n radiation connected to a common light guide, and a photodetector installed in the channel of the controlled medium movement, at the output of which there is a shutter, taps with shutters connected with control unit. The output of the n radiation adder is connected to an optical radiation shaper located in the controlled medium movement channel, the laser radiation sources are made with radiation modulation, and the photodetector is connected to the radiation demodulator unit tuned to the selected frequencies of the laser radiation sources, the radiation demodulator unit is connected to the processing unit of measurement results of the spectrum of substances, which is connected to one of the inputs of the spectrum comparison unit, the second input of which is connected to the output of the memory unit for spectrum standards, and the output of the spectrum comparison unit is connected to the shutter control unit, the outputs of which are connected to the shutters for each of the substances, while the taps through the shutters are connected to the storages.

EFFECT: possibility of reducing the level of pollution of wastewater and industrial effluents during emergency discharges.
