FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: facility is designed for compressing coolant in refrigerator. The linear compressor consists of pressure chamber (14) wherein there is installed piston (15) performing reciprocal motions. Frame (1, 2) is rigidly joined with the pressure chamber (14). Oscillating body (8) performing reciprocal motions is maintained by means of at least one membrane (4, 5) in this frame. Also at least one electro-magnet actuating oscillating body (8) to reciprocal motions is also arranged in the frame (1, 2). Transfer bar (9) is connected to piston (15) by means of first hinge (12), while by means of second hinge (11) it is connected to oscillating body (8). First and/or second hinge (11, 12) are formed with a flexibly bent rod.
EFFECT: minimised transfer of lateral forces from oscillating body to piston.
