FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: driven unit of linear compressor consists of frame (1) and oscillating body (12) connected to frame (1) by means of at least one diaphragm spring (6) and directed for rectilinear reciprocating motion relative to frame. Spiral spring (17) is secured on oscillating body (12) and the frame and is stretched and compressed in the direction of motion.

EFFECT: large working volume at small diametre of piston.
