FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to fluid temperature control and can be used in cartridges of pressure control gate valves and gate valves proper. Thermostatic element comprises metal outer cup (1). Said cup incorporates appliance (9) to divide its inner volume (V1) into several spaces (14) to accommodate material (3). Said material (3) expands or contracts subject to temperature variation direction. Piston (5) moves relative to said cup axially in direction (X-X) and is coupled with material (3) to reciprocate depending upon material expansion or contraction. Aforesaid appliance (9) has one hole (971, 972) in its part opposite piston (5) to allow material (3) to pass between said spaces (14). There are cartridge and gate valve provided with aforesaid thermostatic element.
EFFECT: higher reliability of thermostatic element.
