FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of physico-mechanical properties of materials. Proposed device comprises base, guides arranged on said base, reversing motor, reduction gear coupled with aforesaid motor, two specimen holders, one being fixed while another moving along guides and being coupled with reduction gear with screw gear, force transducer and recording hardware. Note here that proposed device comprises additionally displacement transducer. Note also that displacement and force transducers represent opto-mechanical instruments, each made up of radiator, photo transducer and disk with cutouts arranged between radiator and photo transducer. Note also that displacement transducer engages via rack gear with aforesaid specimen moving holder and that its disk with cutouts is fitted on one shaft with rack gear wheel. Disk with cutouts of force transducer is fitted on one shaft with reduction gear wheel. Reduction gear second wheel has inner gearing and acts as nut fitted on drive screw of screw gear. The latter engages moving holder with reduction gear. Note also that computer acts as recording hardware, while transducers are connected to computer via mouse port.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity of analysis.
