FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a platform on rollers installed on a base with the possibility of reciprocal movement. A holder of a tested sample is installed on the platform. On top of the sample there is a counter-sample installed with its holder. On the counter-sample holder, on a trolley, there is a unit of tested samples loading. A measurement system includes optical sensors (to register movement, force, force variation), a control unit and a computer. Each sensor comprises focusing lenses. One lens is installed with the possibility to focus light from a radiator. The other one is with the possibility to focus reflected light from the appropriate surface at a radiation receiver, which is arranged in the form of an optical sensor and is connected via a control unit with a computer. The device comprises a low-voltage source of DC supply. An end of one of the samples is connected to the DC source, and an end of the other sample - to a control unit. As insulation wears out, samples are closed, an electric circuit is formed, and a signal via a control unit arrives to computer.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of sensors, determination of insulation material serviceability at the specified parameters, fixation of a wear moment.
