FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system, which identifies and has effect on consumer decision on goods purchase based on location of customer while it performs purchase at retail trade enterprise inside or nearby it. System of influencing on buyer selection of goods based on location of above customer in retail trade enterprise comprises: multi network for communication, located at retail trade enterprise and containing at least one cellular communication network and at least one star network for communication; logic device functionally connected with said multi network for communication and configured to control said multi network for communication; and monitoring device for tracking customer, located in close proximity to said customer. Tracking device for tracking customer creates data on location of customer and is in interacting with said logical device through said at least one cellular communication network for communication.
EFFECT: logic device creates at least one having effect message based on customer behaviour data and said data on customer location and delivers having effect message to said customer using star network for communication, at that said having effect message contains information relating to target product.
