SUBSTANCE: invention relates to current-collecting devices providing for transfer of rotation torque and electric energy in continuous and pulse modes between coaxial objects, and may be used in machine building, electric engineering, systems of control, radiolocation, for coding of information, etc. Current-collecting device comprises current-conducting rings and wave mechanical gear, including generator of waves, flexible and rigid links, besides flexible and rigid links of gear are aranged jointly with rings of dielectric materials, and their contact surfaces are coated with electroconductive material, forming electrically connected kinematic pairs, at the same time at least one kinematic pair has sections without electroconductive material, length of which is such that may provide for interruption of contact of electroconductive materials of link rings.

EFFECT: expanded functionality of resources due to transfer for electric energy between switched objects in pulse more and simplified design.
