FIELD: metrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology, in particular to hydrophones. Hydrophone contains two cup-shaped membranes, the edges of which are fixed on a multilayer printed circuit board on both sides with the formation of a seal of the inner spaces of the membranes. In the internal space on the bottoms of the membranes, piezoelectric plates are mechanically fixed to form galvanic or capacitive coupling as well. Other sides of the piezoelectric plates are electrically connected to the output contact pad on the printed circuit board located outside the membranes through the flexible conductor and the conductive path in the inner layer of the printed circuit board.
EFFECT: higher reliability and service life of a hydrophone, lower complexity of the hydrophone assemblage.
