FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to neonatology, and is intended for disorder diagnostics in hemostasis system of newborn in early neonatal period of plural pregnancy. Echocardiographic examination is performed. Diagnostic indices S1 and S2 are determined on the basis of obtained data by the given formulae. End-diastolic volume of left ventricle, end-systolic volume of left ventricle, velocity between aortic valve cusps, velocity between tricuspid valve cusps are measured. Diagnostic indices S1 and S2 are determined on the basis of obtained data by the given formulae. For diagnostic index S1 under 0 and S2 over 0, normal coagulation is diagnosed; for S1 under 0 and S2 under 0, hypocoagulation is diagnosed; and for S1 over 0 and S2 over 0 hypercoagulation is diagnosed.
EFFECT: possible disorder diagnostics of hemostasis system by non-invasive method for plural pregnancy newborn in early neonatal period.
