SUBSTANCE: in blood from patient with extrasystole rate of Na+-Li+-countertransport in erythrocyte membrane is determined, and if its value is 38-203 mcM Li, anti-arrhythmia preparations of 3 classes: class1C: propafenone, class III amiodarone and class IV verapamil are introduced; if value is 204-271 mcM Li, anti-arrhythmia medication of class IC propaferone is introduced; if value is 272-345 mcM Li, anti-arrhythmia preparations of 2 classes are introduced: class II metoprolol and class III amiodarone; and if value is 346-730 mcM Li, anti-arrhythmia medication of class III amiodarone is introduced.
EFFECT: reduction of time for selection of anti-arrhythmia medications and elimination of possibility of development of proarrhythmogenic effect.
