FIELD: food industry; pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industry and agriculture, in particular, to a method for production of liquid extract and ultrafine cake of Artemia leach cysts. Method of producing the liquid extract and ultrafine cake of Artemia leach cysts involves preparation of cysts for processing by dipping cysts into a diapause, washing and cyst maintenance in salt solution with removal of internal moisture from cysts and subsequent separation of organic and inorganic impurities; then, after removing salt residues, fresh washing and drying cysts, carried out in two steps: first by pressing-off with moisture content reduction of cyst to 28–32 %, then with reduction of moisture content to 5–7 %, then cyst is sanitated by irradiation with the help of nuclear accelerator, after cyst it is ground and solution of lipids is dissolved in ethyl alcohol of the embryonal component of milled cysts; then, by filtration, the obtained suspension is separated into a liquid and a powder fraction; after which ethyl alcohol is removed from the powdered and liquid fractions to produce a powdery product - extraction cake and extract; extract is fixed with an antioxidant - dihydroquercitin by its mixing and dissolution in the extract under certain conditions.

EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain a pure end product - an extract and an extraction cake of Artemia leach cysts - with increased storage life.
