FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used from transfer of molten metal from, for example teeming ladle into tundish ladle. Casting nozzle is made from refractory metal and comprises tubular element constricting first part of teeming ladle and plate-like element. The latter is made integral with said tubular element. Plate-like element has hole that constricts second part of teeming ladle and flat surface on its free end. Flat surface extends perpendicular to teeming ladle lengthwise axis. Part of plate-like element and/or tubular element is enclosed in metal case. Stiffness element is arranged between plate-like element and metal case to make a part of said metal case and representing a flange arranged along inner wall of said case.
EFFECT: reduced deformation of teeming ladle outer surface.
