SUBSTANCE: replaceable nozzle (200) of the system (11) for changing pouring nozzles for casting blanks comprises a tubular element (201) extending along the longitudinal axis (L) from the first end (209) to the second end (211). In the tubular element (201) along the longitudinal axis (L) from the first end (209) to the second end (211) there is an internal passage (213). The inlet (215) is open to the internal passage (213) at the first end (209) of the tubular element (201). The outlet channel (217) is open to the internal passage (213) at the second end (211) of the tubular element (201). The tubular element (201) is made of sintered zirconium dioxide, partially stabilized with MgO, with a degree of stabilization of not more than 26 wt. %, and free carbon, which helps to prevent its abnormal thermal expansion at steel pouring temperatures.
EFFECT: reduction of the gap between the replaceable and upper pouring nozzles during casting.
