SUBSTANCE: sealing facility comprises cap, having top and skirt, outer layer of material softer than the skirt. Specified outer layer is connected to outer surface of skirt by intermolecular bond and has thickness of 40 mil (1 mm) or more, at the same time ratio of skirt length to cap diametre makes less than one. Versions are provided for making sealing facility, as well as method of sealing facility making.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of improved sealing facility, gripping surface of which facilitates opening or closing of reservoir.
