SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises cap with outer wall and annular drop skirt with inner thread, and outer dog layer made from soft elastic material applied on outer edges of said skirt. Note here that cap has multiple extending elements extending toward the surface of outer dog layer and including annular ledge extending radially outward from skirt free edge and another top annular ledge extending upward from top wall. Note here that said ledges are arranged along outer dog layer boundaries to facilitate handling of proposed corking device. Note that dog layer extends from skirt outer edges to top drop annular ledge to cover joint between top wall and drop skirt. Note that said cap comprises, at least, two additional elements extending outward from cap skit to pass through dog layer and to be surrounded thereby. Corking device has first and second pairs of quadrants, each representing 90° Note that said additional extending elements are arranged in first and second diametrically opposite quadrants. Note also that quadrants of second pair engage with no ledges. Note here that every ledge has multiple graphical elements configured to allow outer dog layer to stay in contact with all side surfaces of every graphical element.
