FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to particulates with a resin coating impregnated with graphite, added to liquids used in drilling, well completion and production stimulation or similar works. Particulates used in oil extraction may include any material from a group comprising sand-and-gravel filter medium, granular bentonite, ground gilsonite, calcium carbonate, glass beads, mineral wool, ground paper, metal spheres, ceramic spheres, nutshells, ground rubber, plastic spheres, muscovite mica, burnt petroleum coke and pearlite. The resin can contain binder in form of one or more components from a group comprising natural, synthetic, water-soluble and organic resins. The resins may contain an organic film-forming resin, e.g. alkyd, polyurethane or epoxy resin. The resin may also contain a film-forming, water-soluble polymer, e.g. starch, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxymethylcellulose or xanthan gum. The resin may also contain a resinous dispersed emulsion, e.g. latex or acrylic acid.
EFFECT: increased coating effectiveness.
