FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to proppants used in hydraulic fracturing of a subterranean formation for production of hydrocarbon fluids. Propping agents with coating, including multiple nuclei of propping agents, consisting of quartz sand or brown sand, and coating based on aluminosilicate, which is at least partially applied on the nucleus of proppants, where molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 is in range from 1:1 to 6:1, content of coating varies from 2 to 30 wt. % in terms of weight of proppant nuclei, apparent density of proppants ranges from 2.3 g/cm3 up to 2.63 g/cm3 and proppants with coating withstand clamping tension up to 83 MPa. Method of producing a strengthened proppant, consisting in that an alkali metal hydroxide or an alkali metal oxide and an aluminosilicate binder are mixed in water to obtain an aqueous solution, at least, partially coating aqueous solution on multiple nuclei of proppants, where multiple nuclei of proppants consists of quartz sand or brown sand, and proppants nuclei, coated with aqueous solution, are heated, wherein aluminosilicate is polymerised to obtain a hardened proppant with a coating, where the molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3 is in range from 1:1 to 6:1, content of coating varies within range from 2 wt. % to 30 wt. % in terms of weight of proppant kernels and wedging agents with coating withstanding clamping tension up to 83 MPa and apparent density of proppants ranges from 2.3 g/cm3 up to 2.63 g/cm3. Method of controlling formation of fine particles in a subterranean formation, comprising: performing hydraulic fracturing of a formation through a wellbore passing through the formation, a hydraulic fracturing fluid which creates at least one fracture, the above-mentioned proppants with a coating are pumped into the fracture; the fluid for hydraulic fracturing is removed from at least one crack; at that, the fracture closing voltage varies within range from 5,000 pounds/sq in (34 MPa) to 12,000 pounds per sq in (83 MPa).
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of forming a fracture in a subterranean formation, involving pumping of said proppants with a coating into a fracture of a hydraulic fracturing formation formed in an underground formation, and supplying fluid flow in a reverse direction through proppants with coating.
