SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and can be used in production and use of medical immunoboiological drugs and biologically active food additives. The immunobiological antiallergic agent contains a consortium of microorganisms of the Lactobacillus acidophilus strains, which includes the Lactobacillus acidophilus NKJC strain, collection No. 220, stored in the State collection of microorganisms of normal flora of the G.N. Gabrichevsky Federal State Research Institution of the Moscow Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology Rospotrebnadzor, Lactobacillus acidophilus JCH strain, collection No. 221, stored in the State collection of microorganisms of normal flora of the G.N. Gabrichevsky Federal State Research Institution of the Moscow Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology Rospotrebnadzor,and the Lactobacillus acidophilus KAA strain, collection No. 223, stored in the State collection of microorganisms of normal flora of the G.N. Gabrichevsky Federal State Research Institution of the Moscow Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology Rospotrebnadzor. The agent contains a biomass of the said consortium of microorganisms of Lactobacillus acidophilus strains in a culture medium or supernatant fluid, as well as target additives. The agent is made in form of a suspension or a cream, or an ointment or a paste or a mask. The agent is meant for use in preventing or treating skin defects, dermatitis, allergic diseases, pseudoallergic diseases without comorbidity or combined with infectious aetiology diseases, intestinal dysbacteriosis.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of antiallergic effect of immunobiological agents based on lactobacillus.
