FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: DNA sequences tightly bound with cell surface proteins are recovered. The prepared DNA fragments are divided lengthwise to recover the fragments 6-16 nucleotides long to be sequenced. Among the prepared DNA fragments, motives 5-8 n long are identified. It is followed with searching genomic DNA sequences in databases in silico containing the specified motives at frequency 50% and more. Oligonucleotides of the identified sequence are synthesised and analysed for their immunomodulatory activity.
EFFECT: invention allows improving effectiveness of immunomodulatory DNA fragments selection that is ensured by using natural DNA fragments tightly bound with cell surface proteins as a starting material for searching the sequence-specific sequences.
