FIELD: medicine, diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with elaborating the ways for noninvasive detecting the sex of children under delivery. In pregnant women in the period of 5-12 wk of pregnancy it is necessary to sample biological liquids - urine or peripheral blood to separate the collected liquid into supernatant (plasma) and cell fraction (urine or blood) due to centrifuging. Then out of cell fraction it is necessary to elute extracellular deoxyribonucleic acids (exDNA) connected with the surface of blood or urinary cells, isolate exDNA out of the eluates obtained to detect in them with the help of PCR-assay Y-specific sequence DAZ, moreover, as primers one should apply the system consisting of two direct and two reverse primers: Direct 5'-GGGAACTAATGACAAAAGAATTGAC-3' (Pr.1); Reverse 5'-AAGAAATAACTTCTGGGTGTGAATAAG-3' (Pr.2); Direct 5'-GGGAAGAAATGACAAAAGAATTGAC-3' (Pr.3); Reverse 5'-AAGAAATAACGTCTGGGTGTGAATACG-3' (Pr.4). The innovation enables to predict the sex of a child under future delivery at early terms of pregnancy in female blood and urine without applying any invasive techniques of diagnostics.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.
