FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is the biotransplant made of biocompatible fibrous material in the form of a plate is described, the said plate is made by means of electrospinning from solutions of synthetic polymers or mixture thereof with natural polymers, with thickness of 50÷500 mcm, having pores with diameter of 5÷40 mcm.
EFFECT: improved mechanical characteristics of the biotransplant, improved strength of its installation in the damaged section of cartilaginous tissue, preventing formation of a fibrous tissue.
