FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lenses are sequentially arranged in case of facility, while knives are installed perpendicular of case axis on its end. Light diodes and a transparent plate are arranged in the case of the facility before the knives; the plate can be made out of Perspex. A mechanism of knives drive is made in form of a spring loaded hook kinematically connected with a knives clamp. The facility is equipped with elements of electric feed. The case of the facility has a shape of a truncated prism.
EFFECT: facilitating measuring parametres of twisted fibres directly during sampling in zone of process equipment and simultaneously upgraded accuracy of measurement.
