FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: plunger-free diesel-hammer consists of two cylinders of double-stroke diesel and of one cylinder of purge pump coaxially connected through partitions with heads of diesel cylinder outward. Each diesel cylinder has exhaust apertures and purge apertures. An injector for spray of diesel fuel into the cylinder and a valve for supply of compressed air at diesel start-up are arranged in heads of diesel cylinders. The cylinder of the purge pump has inlet apertures and purge apertures. The purge apertures are communicated with channels for each diesel cylinder. An impact part of the hammer consists of diesel plungers and of a plunger of the purge pump connected with a rod in partitions equipped with a packing. An anvil block is connected to the head of the lower cylinder, while a clip for hammer lift is connected to the head of the upper cylinder. Dampers are connected to exhaust apertures of the diesel cylinders. The plunger-free diesel-hammer operates at considerably reduced level of noise in environment and has more upgraded diesel cylinder purge and higher efficiency.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced noise during hammer operation.
