FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: multi-tier mechanised modular parking lot of open type comprises at least one module from metal frame with cubicles for storage of cars equipped with lifting mechanism, arranged on foundation. Metal frame is made on the basis of bearing columns, which make inclined faces of inclined rectangular parallelepiped with angle of inclination relative to vertical line making 7-25° in direction of car entrance, cubicles for storage of cars are arranged in two, three or four tiers, besides cubicles of the second, third and fourth tiers are formed by fixation of metal frame on bearing columns at the angle of 5-7° relative to horizontal line of guides for detachable trays for cars, lifting mechanism includes manual hoist with polyspast system arranged at the second tier when cubicles are arranged in two or three tiers or at the third tier when cubicles are arranged in three or four tiers on the side opposite to car entrance into cubicle, and weight platform arranged under the same angle to vertical line that the guides for detachable trays, arranged with the possibility of its displacement by means of manual hoist along guides fixed along bearing columns of metal frame on the side of car entrance into cubicle, and with the possibility to locate it over upper cubicle on guides fixed on bearing columns of metal frame at the same angle to horizontal line that the guides for detachable trays, besides weight platform is equipped with detachable trays arranged one over another for cars by number of cubicles, mechanism of longitudinal movement of detachable trays into cubicle and back and fixators against car rolling off platform, at the same time detachable trays for cars are equipped with collectors of liquid and fixators of car wheels, and at each tier, apart for the first one, manual hoist is installed with polyspast system to actuate mechanism of longitudinal movement of detachable trays from weight platfrom into cubicle and back.
EFFECT: improved environmental and fire safety, elimination of necessity to develop forced ventilation of parking lot, provides for functioning of parking lot working mechanisms through manual operation by a single person.
