SUBSTANCE: method and device of downloading data related to recording medium from outer source and reproduction of downloaded data are disclosed. Binding unit joined with recording medium is generated from downloaded data of local memory unit and is combined with files of recording medium, using information of binding, to generate virtual layout of data. Date of recording medium and/or data of local memory unit are reproduced by virtual layout of data. If a certain file contained in binding unit is identical to a certain file contained in recording medium, when virtual layout of data is generated, priority is assigned to file of binding unit to generate virtual layout of data.
EFFECT: possibility to efficiently and simultaneously reproduce data of recording medium and data of local memory unit.
