SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a recording medium which includes encrypted data, a device and a method of playing back said data using local memory. During playback data associated with the recording medium are loaded into local memory. After that virtual data linkage is formed by binding loaded data with linkage of disc data on the recording medium. The indexing element of the index table is then decrypted in the virtual data linkage using a key in the key file associated with the recording medium. The decrypted indexing element is then played back.
EFFECT: protection of recording medium content and data loaded from outside.
