FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to electrophysiology and experimental medicine and can be applied for studying neurophysiological mechanisms of pose regulation, modeling of methods of restoration of postural control in case of its disturbance. Decerebrated animal is placed on inclinable support equipped with sensors of pressure on it. Anterior part of animal body is hung, the posterior part being left free in such way that hind extremities rest on double-belt treadmill which is made inclinable. Stimulating electrode is fixed on dura matris of lumbosacral intumescence of spinal marrow (L5 segment). On posterior part of spine sensor of body deviation in frontal and sagittal planes is fixed. Stimulation with current with frequency 1-5 Hz, amplitude 50-300 mcA, stimulus duration 0.2-0.5 ms is performed. Simultaneously during walking parametres of equilibrium maintenance are fixed.

EFFECT: method allows to analyse postural responses in case of active movement of experimental animal, gives opportunity to register force support reactions, which are an important integral index characterising final result of work of all muscles of extremity when performing movement.
