METHOD OF COMBINED SUTURELESS CORRECTION OF STOMACH PERFORATION IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B17/00

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery, and can be applied in treatment of perforated ulcers and cancer tumours of pyloroduodenal zone. Method includes carrying out fibrogasteroduodenoscopy with introduction of catheter with balloon through perforated defect into abdominal cavity, carrying out minilaparotomy, closing of perforated defect with collagen plate Tachokomb. Plate Tachokomb is sewn in the centre and edges with three sutures, fixed with central suture to distal part of catheter with balloon. Catheter is submerged into stomach lumen, ligature is tied, plate Tachokomb is fixed by means of swab on serous membrane in zone of pylorus wall defect, omentum strap is cut out, fixed in "cloak-like manner" on Tachokomb plate with two edge ligatures. Balloon is blown up till contact with stomach wall, fibrogastroduodenoscope is removed, abdominal cavity is sanitised, drained, laparotomic wound is sewn, catheter with emptied balloon is removed under endoscopic control in due time.

EFFECT: application of invention allows to increase mechanical strength due to duplication of plastic construction, which closes perforated opening, as well as increase degree of perforation zone vascularisation.
