FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with endoscopic technique for developing perforation gastric foramen. Through biopsy canal of fibrogastroduodenoscope one should apply a laser light guide at wave length being 1064 nm at constant mode, radiation power at the edge of light guide corresponds to about 8-10 W. Under visual endoscopic control through the edge of light guide, at its direct contact with mucosa one should create its destruction. Then successively, at direct contact with submucous, muscular and serous layers one should coagulate the whole thickness of the wall with laser beam to create perforation. The method is simple in its technical implementation under experimental conditions, it provides reliable hemostasis and desired sizes of perforation foramen being atraumatic and bloodless to provide layer-by-layer destruction of all layers of gastric wall and model perforation foramen of the desired size.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
